Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind & Sizing For change of mind or incorrect sizing returns, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be shipped to our designated returns facility.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@epuremoderne.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if required.
