Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days transit.

Exact estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and calculated at checkout.

Customs, Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on our store are final and include all applicable taxes and duties. Orders will not incur any additional customs fees, import duties, or surprise charges upon delivery.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect delivery information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Since orders cannot be cancelled or modified after the 1-hour window described above, please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
